Mental health is an integral part of health and is more than the absence of mental illnesses. According to a report by the World Health Organisation, 7.5 percent of the Indian population suffers from some form of mental disorder.

To talk more about mental health and it’s current scenario in India, we reached out to Tanmoy Goswami, the Sanity correspondent for a transnational publication called The Correspondent. He also shares his own journey of dealing with and talking about mental illness.
