In this episode, we focus on provisions under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act or the POSH act, meant exclusively for sexual harassment at the workplace. This law is meant for women who want to just continue working in their organisations with dignity, without having to file a FIR.
